They use specific techniques and gentle adjustments tailored to your individual needs. Chiropractic treatment is widely regarded as safe, and adverse effects are rare. Your chiropractor’s priority is to enhance your health and well-being while maintaining your safety.
A chiropractic session typically begins with a thorough assessment of your health history and concerns. The chiropractor will then perform a physical examination, focusing on your spine and joints. The number of sessions required varies depending on your condition, health goals, and response to treatment. Some people experience relief after just a few sessions, while others with chronic or more complex issues might benefit from ongoing care. Your chiropractor will work with you to create a personalized treatment plan based on your needs.
