If you are being treated for injuries sustained in a car accident or a work-related injury at Body First Wellness Centre in Scarborough and North York we do not require payment directly from you. No, once your MVA or WSIB claim is approved, your treatments are fully covered by insurance. We handle all direct billing and paperwork so you don’t pay out-of-pocket.

No worries! We’ll guide you step-by-step to open or reactivate your claim with your insurance provider or WSIB so you can start treatment as soon as possible.
Can you help if my previous clinic closed, stopped responding, or I no longer wish to continue my treatment there?
Absolutely. We can help transfer your claim and resume your treatments without any gap in care. Our admin team will take care of all communication with your insurer.
Do I need a doctor’s referral to book?
No doctor referral is needed. You can book directly online or call us, we’ll guide you from your first visit through the entire recovery process.

What if my accident happened a few months ago, can I still claim treatment?
Yes! You can still qualify for treatment as long as your accident occurred within the last 2 years (MVA) or 6 months (WSIB) in most cases. We can help reopen or continue your claim if it’s still valid.
I’ve already seen a doctor or another clinic, can I switch to Body First Wellness Centre?
Absolutely. You have the right to choose your clinic. We’ll help you transfer your claim and coordinate with your insurance company so your treatments continue seamlessly.
Will you communicate with my insurance adjuster or WSIB case manager for me?
Yes, our dedicated rehab coordinators handle all communication, billing, and paperwork directly with your insurance provider or WSIB so you can focus on getting better.
Can I get transportation if I can’t drive after my accident?
