Tap what sounds like you — then book the assessment that gets to the cause.
Desk-job stiffness, disc irritation, sciatica. We find whether it's coming from the joint, the disc or the way you move — then treat that, not just the sore spot.
Arthritis, meniscus, shoulder and hip pain. Hands-on treatment plus loading that rebuilds the joint's tolerance so the pain stops coming back.
Sprains, strains, tendon pain and overuse. A return-to-sport plan with clear milestones — so you know when it's actually safe to go again.
ACL, rotator cuff, joint replacement. We work to your surgeon's protocol and progress you as fast as the tissue safely allows.
Pregnancy and post-partum, leaking, pelvic pain. Private, unhurried assessment with a pelvic-floor trained physiotherapist.
Injured in a collision or at work? We submit your treatment plan and bill the insurer or WSIB directly — no upfront cost to you.
First time with a physiotherapist? Here's exactly what happens.
Pick a time that suits you — same-day spots are usually open.
A full one-on-one assessment. We look for what's driving the pain, not just where it hurts.
You leave knowing what's wrong, how long it should take, and what to do next.
No doctor referral needed
You pay little or nothing upfront. We handle the paperwork with your provider — you just show up.

MVA & WSIB claims: we submit your treatment plan and bill the insurer directly. If you've been in a car accident or hurt at work, you don't pay out of pocket.
Also billing Cowan, GroupSource, Johnson, SSQ, Great-West Life, Manion, Maximum Benefit, NexgenRx, People Corporation, RWAM, D.A. Townley, Coughlin and more — just ask.
Every one of them works out of our North York clinic. Book whoever fits — or let us match you.

No. You can book physiotherapy directly with us. Some insurance plans ask for a referral before they'll reimburse you, so it's worth a quick check with your provider — but you don't need one to be seen.
Roughly: physiotherapy focuses on restoring how you move — assessing what's driving the problem, then treating it with hands-on work and a plan to rebuild strength and range. Chiropractic focuses on the joints and spine, often using adjustments. Massage therapy works on muscle and soft tissue for tension and circulation. They overlap a lot, and plenty of people do well with a combination — we have all three here, so your physio can loop in a chiropractor or RMT without you starting over somewhere else.
No — that's probably the most common thing we correct. You get hands-on treatment in the appointment itself: manual therapy, joint mobilisation, soft-tissue release, and modalities like shockwave where they're appropriate. Exercise is part of it, because that's what makes the improvement stick once you leave, but you won't be handed a sheet of exercises and sent home. Expect to be treated on the day.
Honestly, it depends on what's wrong, and it's a hard call to make from the outside. As a rough guide: if it's a movement, muscle or post-injury problem, start with physiotherapy; if it's more joint or spine-focused, chiropractic is often the better first stop. If you pick "wrong", it isn't a problem — we assess you first, and because both work out of this clinic, we'll simply point you to the right one rather than treating you regardless.
Most extended health plans cover physiotherapy, and we bill your insurer directly, so you usually pay little or nothing upfront. If you're covered under a car accident (MVA) or WSIB claim, we submit the treatment plan and bill them directly.
A 45-minute one-on-one assessment. Your physiotherapist takes your history, checks how you move, and works out what's actually driving the pain. You'll usually start treatment in that same visit and leave with a clear plan.
Honestly, it depends — on what's wrong, how long it's been going on, and what you want to get back to. Some people are done in a few visits, others need longer. Your physio will give you a realistic number at the end of your first assessment rather than stringing you along.
