Registered Massage Therapist
Matched to exactly what you need, with no extra charge for deep tissue or add-ons. Open every day — including Sundays.
Whatever you need, an RMT here does it. Not sure? Book and tell them — they'll tailor the session.
Your extended health plan almost certainly covers RMT massage — and most people never use the benefit. We bill your provider directly, so you pay little or nothing upfront.

MVA & WSIB claims: we submit your treatment plan and bill the insurer directly. If you've been in a car accident or hurt at work, you don't pay out of pocket.
Also billing Cowan, GroupSource, Johnson, SSQ, Great-West Life, Manion, Maximum Benefit, NexgenRx, People Corporation, RWAM, D.A. Townley, Coughlin and more — just ask.

For most people, yes. RMT massage is covered by most extended health plans — and because all our therapists are registered, you get a receipt every insurer accepts. We direct bill most plans, so you usually pay little or nothing upfront. Worth checking your yearly massage allowance; most people never use theirs.
An RMT is a Registered Massage Therapist — regulated, trained in anatomy and clinical treatment, and able to give you an insurance receipt. Spa massage is about pampering; RMT massage is about outcomes — treating tension, pain and injury. You can absolutely leave relaxed too, but the goal (and the paperwork) is clinical.
Relaxation (Swedish) if you mainly want to de-stress and unwind; deep tissue if you've got stubborn knots or chronic tension that needs firmer, focused pressure. Not sure? Book either and tell your RMT on the day — they'll adjust the pressure to what your body needs. There's no extra charge for deep tissue.
Yes, on both counts. You can book a specific therapist online, and you're always welcome to request a male or female RMT — just choose when booking or tell our front desk. No need to explain why.
Usually, yes — including evenings and Sundays. We hold same-day spots most days and we're open 10am–8pm, seven days a week. Book online to see today's live availability, or call us at (647) 576-4440.
